I recently purchased a high DHA supplement from Now Foods after being unable to find CGN DHA 700 in stock. Though Now Foods doesn’t detail its ingredients, I remain hopeful given my positive experiences with their other products. I’ve been taking this alongside my parents as part of our efforts to prevent dementia, and I genuinely feel that my cognitive function has enhanced. My memory seems sharper, and I've even stopped using the artificial tears I relied on daily. I've realised the importance of Omega 3 and plan to continue taking it for life.
